Publication Schedule

The Jurnal Kajian dan Pengembangan Umat, published by the Faculty of Islamic Studies, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat, is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes scholarly articles in the fields of Islamic studies, Islamic education, Islamic counseling, community development, and related disciplines.

 

The journal is published twice a year, with the following publication schedule:

  • · Issue 1: January–June
  • · Issue 2: July–December

 

The journal publishes articles that have successfully completed the editorial screening and peer-review processes and have met the journal's quality and publication ethics requirements.

Manuscripts may be submitted throughout the year. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication in a particular issue, as each manuscript must undergo editorial assessment and peer review.

The publication schedule may be adjusted by the editorial board when necessary. Any changes will be communicated through the journal's official website.
